Read this before commissioning!

You agree to my terms of service by commissioning. 

If you violate my terms of service you’ll be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future, and if I find it necessary I will post a public beware on you.

I am happy to work on commissions of any race/religion/gender/sexuality etc, exceptions being: 

• Nazi 

• Pedophiles 

• Zoophiles

• Anything of that short. 

 

Rules and basics: ​

• I usually don’t do deadlines, but feel free to ask. There is a rush fee, cost depends on the size of the commission. 

• I will not bargain my prices with you. 

• I will not draw your commissions like another artist's style nor will I change my style for a commission.

• My signature/logo will be on the commission, if I find out you’ve tried to remove my logo you will be banned from commissioning me again in the future.

• My commission offerings is not limited to whats on my price list, if you want something that ain't isted, please reach out and we can discuss! 

• Monthly supporters get dips on commission openings, ychs and adopts.

AI and AI art:

• You do not have the permission to use my art for AI art in any way. You are not allowed to use AI to alter my work. 

• To prevent people from buying sketch commissions to have AI finish the artwork, sketch commissions will now have a bigger and less transparent watermarks. 

• I will accept AI generated references as long as the AI image is for one time use only, to get the character drawn by an actual artist. The reference will however only be used as a suggestion, and I will not copy the design exactly, as that might actually belong to someone else. 

• If I find out you create, support or just use AI art you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.

Before commissioning: ​

• Make sure you check if I'm open for commissions before requesting commissions. Please check out my queue before commissioning to check if the expected wait time works for you. 

• If you don’t have a reference that is okay, I accept photos and other art of your character. Give me the color codes for your character if the colors are unclear in the reference given. I will accept descriptions if your description is good enough, again color codes will be preferred. There is a fee however if you lack a visual reference. 

• I am not responsible for missing markings, features etc that ain't on the ref and isn't mentioned by the client when ordering. 

• If you want to commission something for a friend that is okay, but it’s your responsibility to make sure this is okay with your friend.

 

Will draw:

• Animals/furries: both feral and anthro. 

• Scalies, dinosaurs etc. 

• Humans

• I do draw NSFW art within limits, please ask if your request is something I’ll be willing to do.

 

Will not draw:

• Fetish art: there’s a lot of fetishes I’m not comfortable with drawing such as: Chibi nsfw, feral x anthro, over-sized body parts, anything that suggests rape or abuse, scat.

• I will not draw overly muscular characters. 

• I will not draw zoophilia, pedophilia or cub porn.

• My Little Pony characters, if I draw mlp characters they will be drawn to fit my style. 

• My character with your character doing sexual stuff.

• Copyrighted characters (Mario, Sonic etc)

 

About my style:​​

• Shade will make the colors on your character look somewhat different than the base colors. If you’re not okay with this, don’t buy with shade but rather a flat colored commission. You can also ask for a flat version. 

• Most importantly, I will not edit my style for your commission to fit your wants.

 

About commissioning and the progress: ​

• I mostly work in order with my commissions, starting with the oldest, but there is exceptions. 

• I'll send you a sketch for approval, if you want to receive wips for approval, ask! If you accept the sketch, you cannot turn back and ask for a re-draw or big changes. 

• When ordering a sketch commission I may send a wip but I will not allow big edits other than change of markings or adding missing features such as horns, spikes etc. A sketch commission is a rough unfinished work and will have imperfections.

• I share all wips and finished work with supporters,  let me know if you don't want me to share your commission. 

• You can give me artistic freedom but please keep this in mind;

                      - I'll only do minor changes to the sketch. You gave me artistic freedom, this means I decide!                            If you want a new sketch you'll have to pay for it. (Of course this does not apply if you asked                          for something specific that I failed to provide)

                      - If your ref is unclear on feral or anthro and/or shows both I will pick one unless you specify                             what you want. If you want a new sketch you must pay for it. 

• I’ll wait for approval for 48hrs. If you don’t approve the sketch by then I’ll continue. If you don’t approve the finished work within 48hrs I’ll consider it done  and if you want some edits done at this point it will cost a small fee.

• I reserve the right to refuse doing some changes, especially changes that

                      - Don’t fit with my style

                      - Is something completely else than what you originally asked for

                

• Keep in mind that sketch and line art often is very different! If there is something you aren’t too happy about in the sketch I might not do anything about it cause I know it will look different when lined! In these cases I will also send line art for approval.

• If you don't approve the sketch I have the right to sell it as an YCH or for personal use / ask if another commissioner would like it (they will be told that it is an unapproved commission sketch).

• I will change minor things ONCE for free when the commission is fully finished. Therefor please give me everything you want changed right away instead of telling me one thing at the time. 

• If you're commissioning a ref sheet you'll of course be allowed to ask me more than once for changes design wise. I'll not change anything you could have pointed out when I sent the sketch like too small ear, too big nose etc.

• If you approve the sketch, I will continue working. If you change your mind on pose, background etc later on, you will need to buy a new commission. 

• Let me know if you DON'T want me to upload your commission, or after/on a specific date. 

 

Payment and refunds:

• Payments are done upfront with paypal invoices. Norwegians can use Vipps. I don't accept payments plans, however if my queue is long you can pay half up front and the rest when its your turn on my queue. This have to be agreed on with me! 

• You have 48hrs to pay the invoice. Once the time is up you lose your slot. Let me know if you need more 'time!

• I will only accept refund requests under strict circumstances, and if the commission is not stared.  

• If I cancel the commission for personal reasons you’ll be issued a full refund. If I cancel the commission due to bad behavior, poor communication etc. you’ll get a partial refund

 

Once the commission is done:

• Artwork is non-refundable once complete. Any concerns must be brought up during the commission process as I send you things to approve.

• Do not resell or make profit of my art in any way, with the exception of selling the character. 

• You can post the artwork, with credit. If low resolution version is provided, that is the one to post. 

• You can print it for personal use.I work in RGB so if you want to print the finished work, please be aware that the colors might be altered as products are usually printed in CMYK. I am not responsible for failed / bad prints due to color alteration.

• You are not allowed to edit my artwork.
